- Deliverables Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, Nishrav Technologies grants non-exclusive, perpetual licenses to run the codebase, layouts, and configurations. We retain intellectual property rights to underlying libraries, structures, or standard methods.
- Client Content: Clients grant Nishrav Technologies non-exclusive, worldwide licenses to use, display, and adapt submitted media assets solely for project performance.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties pledge to protect non-public details, business algorithms, server credentials, and layout designs exchanged during consulting. Confidentiality obligations survive project completions.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Please review the following limits of our liabilities:
- No Warranty: Services deploy "as is". We don't guarantee that web features will run entirely error-free on legacy browsers or remain uninterrupted by third-party plugin updates.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under local codes, Nishrav Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or remote damages, including loss of profits or server logs, arising from layout deployment.
8. Termination
Rules regarding project cancellation:
- Clients can cancel ongoing retainers or coding sprints by providing formal written notice. Cancellation does not waive obligations to pay for active sprints completed.
- Nishrav Technologies reserves the right to terminate consulting or active hosting setups in cases of contract breach or overdue balance profiles.
